1***What kind of shipping method do you offer?
We ship all orders by UPS. If you have a bulk order, we will contact 3rd party shipper for great quotes.

 

1***What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. For international customers we offer wire transfer.

 

1***Where can I find out your inventory and images?
NRG Innovations is registered and trademarked brand. Use of any form must be granted authorization by NRG Innovations and its trademark owners. Please contact your sales rep for the FTP transfer of images and inventory file
1***Do you have any MAP or pricing policies?
Yes, we do enforce a MAP to ensure a fair playing field for all of our vendors. Please refer to our policy here.

1***Can I return my item?
Yes, if the buyer decides to return any part of the ordered item, he or she must contact their distributor who in turn can contact NRG Innovations and receive a return authorization with 3 days of receiving the parts. A return authorization number will be issued to the buyer by NRG Innovations. Return freight will be on shippers own expense.

 

1***Will you charge a restocking fee?
All return products are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

1***I received a defective item what should I do?
All products require professional installation. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products on products prior to return. Please follow our return policy in terms and conditions.

1***Which Quick Release Hub fits my vehicle?
Trick answer, ANY quick release will fit your vehicle(as long as the vehicle is equipped with a Short Hub Adapter). The Quick Release is not a hub in itself, and must be installed in addition with a Short Hub Adapter. The Short Hub Adapter is the only vehicle specific part in our entire Quick Release kit. Please refer to our Short Hub Adapter *LINK*.

 

1***Will my _____ function work with a Quick Release installed?
The Quick Release has built in pick-ups for horn contacts, making custom horn wiring simple and clean. Most of our hub adapters feature a floating brass contact on the underside, allowing constant contact regardless of steering wheel angle. Traction control, volume control, or any other features powered by the clock-spring will be disabled. Reinstallation of the factory steering wheel will revive these options if necessary.

 

1***I have a ______ light on my dash after installing my Quick Release kit.
Some vehicles require the removal of the factory “clock-spring” for installation. The “clock-spring” is kept out of the vehicle after installation, which may disable vital factory functions such as Traction Control, VSC, ABS, Electronic Power Steering, Airbags, or more. Your Short Hub Kit (not offered for all makes/models) may provide you with 2x 2ohm resistors, these are to be installed into the SRS harness, and will counteract any adverse effects of the installation.

 

1***How far will be steering will stick out after I install my Quick Release?
This is highly dependent on steering wheel choice. We offer wheels in depths from 1” to 3” deep, this will have the biggest impact on steering wheel position. With the use of our Short Hub Adapter, the quick release only adds 2.5” to the steering column, making the effective length from 3.5-5.5”. Taking measurements prior to your purchase will ensure that you have proper wheel placement.

 

 

1***How do I know which product fits my vehicle?
A good majority of our products are universal, and can be installed on most vehicles without any trouble. However, some of our products are vehicle specific, for these items you will need to look in the Product Application Guide for that particular part. If your vehicle is not listed but you still have a question on the product, feel free to call our Tech Support line(626-369-2668 #104)

 

1***Do we sell Quick Release components separately?
While you can purchase each piece of a QR kit individually(Quick Release, Short Hub, Steering wheel) we do not offer components of any of the 3 items separately. Meaning you cannot buy just the bottom or top half of the Quick Release, or Short Hub.

 

 

1***I don’t see my vehicle listed, can I still use a Quick Release?
If your vehicle is not listed in our Short Hub Adapter Fitment Guide, there’s a good chance that you can still use our patented NRG Quick Release. All that is needed to install a Quick Release is a standard 70mm, 6 hole adapter. Please do your research, and verify fitment before purchase, as we are not responsible for an incompatible group of products.

 

1***I installed my Short Hub and Quick Release, but now my steering wheel is off center.
It is likely that the Short Hub was clocked a few degrees to the left, or right during installation. Simply remove the Short Hub, following standard factory service manual procedure, and adjust accordingly.

 

1***My product is broken, or I am generally dissatisfied with my product.
Your product may fall under our warranty blanket, which covers 100% of factory defects, or blemishes. #1 Your product must be taken back to the place of purchase for inspection. #2 Once inspected, we will issue a return and have your product exchanged for a perfectly working replacement. If you are generally dissatisfied with the quality of the product, it is likely that you have come across a counterfeited NRG Product, or were sold a bad/used condition product that does not meet our factory standards. Please follow the above steps.
